Not sure what your state’s nutrition law says? Having trouble interpreting it and understanding where your practice fits so you don’t run afoul? Join ACHS and expert nutrition advocate Jonathan Posey for a discussion on the types of state nutrition laws, opportunities to practice, and nutrition advocacy.

At the end of the webcast you will be able to:

  • How to get involved to effect change
PRESENTER BIO & CREDENTIALS

Jonathan Posey is a state and federal lobbyist with a focus on healthcare, specifically food and nutrition policy. Jonathan spent 10 years in Washington, DC with GovBiz Advantage, a subsidiary of The Livingston Group, where he lobbied in many capacities for food and consumer safety, and environmental and pharmaceutical regulation. He was also instrumental in helping to pass the World Trade Center Health Program for first responders.
