This course equips students with the fundamental knowledge and skills necessary to navigate the intricacies of hiring, managing, and retaining employees in the wellness industry. 

Hiring:

Participants will learn key aspects of the hiring process, including determining when to hire, developing job titles, job descriptions, and salaries, and creating job postings and an effective advertising plan to attract candidates. Participants will gain insights into reviewing resumes, conducting effective interviews, and facilitating seamless employee onboarding. 

Employee Management:

Participants will learn key aspects of effective employee management, including policies, compliance, paychecks, benefits, performance management, effective communication, employee engagement, and creating an organizational culture.

Course Learning Outcomes:

By the end of this course, you will be able to:

  • Assess hiring needs to develop job titles, job descriptions, salaries, and job postings.
